根据《华东师范大学研究生学籍管理规定（2019年修订）》（华师研【2019】350号）第三十四条第四款之规定，对未经批准连续2周未参加学校规定的教学、科研活动的留学生以退学处理。鉴此，经审慎研究，拟遗憾地对以下学生予以退学处理：

 According to Paragraph 4 of Article 34, in ECNU Regulations for Graduate Students Enrollment Management Regulations, those graduate students who have not participated in the teaching and scientific research activities specified by the school for 2 consecutive weeks without approval will be treated as withdrawing from school.
